About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, building prospect lists, and supporting our sales pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through online channels and databases
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
- Build and maintain prospect lists in CRM tools
- Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, and social media
- Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies
- Track and report on lead generation activities and results
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation or sales development
- Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with outbound email and cold calling
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B lead generation
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
- Understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management
- Experience in the tech or creative industry
