About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, building prospect lists, and supporting our sales pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through online channels and databases
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
  • Build and maintain prospect lists in CRM tools
  • Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, and social media
  • Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies
  • Track and report on lead generation activities and results

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation or sales development
  • Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with outbound email and cold calling
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B lead generation
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
  • Understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management
  • Experience in the tech or creative industry
