What we do

Impic Labs Studio provides web development, AI and automation, e-commerce, mobile app development, and UI/UX design services. These terms apply to your use of our website and the services we deliver.

How we engage

Every project starts with a discovery call to define scope, timeline, and deliverables. A proposal or statement of work is shared before any work begins. Nothing starts until both sides agree in writing — no surprises, no assumptions.

Payment

Payment terms are set in the project proposal. Our standard approach:

• Fixed-price: 50% upfront, 50% on completion.
• Retainer: Billed monthly in advance.

Invoices are due within 15 days. Late payments may carry a 1.5% monthly charge on the outstanding balance.

Intellectual property

Once fully paid, deliverables including code, designs, and documentation are the client's property. We retain the right to:

• Showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing.
• Reuse independent code, libraries, and frameworks across projects.

Third-party tools and assets remain subject to their own licenses.

Timeline & scope changes

Timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope at kickoff. Delays from the client side — slow feedback, missing assets, added features — push the timeline forward. We communicate any shifts proactively.

Additional work beyond the original scope is treated as a change request, which may add cost and time. We never expand scope without your approval.

Termination

Either party can end a project with written notice. When that happens:

• The client pays for all completed work up to that point.
• We hand over all finished work and source files.
• Any advance payment for uncompleted work is refunded proportionally.

Liability & confidentiality

Our services are provided on a best-efforts basis. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid for the project in question.

We treat all client information, project details, and business data as confidential. No sharing without consent or legal obligation.

Governing law

These terms follow Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
